Die Zeit vergeht schnell.
Die häufigsten Gedanken zum Thema “Zeit” sind: “Ich habe keine Zeit” und “Wo ist nur die Zeit geblieben?”.
Dabei geraten andere Eigenschaften der Zeit völlig in Vergessenheit:
“Zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sein” oder „Sich Zeit nehmen“ – Zeit kann offensichtlich auch “richtig” sein.
Um uns der „richtigen“ Zeit wieder bewusst zu werden hier ein kleines Gedankenspiel:
Man nehme sich ein wenig Zeit und ein ruhiges Plätzchen, schließe die Augen und stelle sich einen besonders schönen Ort vor.
Dahin lade man sich selbst ein, und zwar sich selbst in all den verschiedenen Phasen seines Lebens. Als Kleinkind: wie waren wir da, was wollten wir, was konnten wir und was hatten wir am liebsten? Wie war dies als Jugendliche/r, junge/r Erwachsene/r, Mutter/Vater, im Beruf, mit 50/60/70…Jahren? Durch was für Zeiten sind wir schon gegangen?
Man erinnert sich an alles, was man immer noch ist und was immer noch alles in einem steckt. Das ist ein ganz schöner Reichtum! Diese verschiedenen Facetten von uns selbst können wir jederzeit wieder abrufen, zu Hilfe und Rat holen und damit lernen, was Zeit wirklich bedeutet.
